Quartzite Brings Natural Stone Character to Richmond Kitchens

Quartzite has become an appealing option for homeowners who want the movement and individuality of natural stone. Many slabs feature dramatic veining and patterns that can make an island or countertop the centerpiece of a kitchen. Because slabs can vary considerably, choosing the right stone and planning how its pattern flows through the finished countertops are important parts of the project.

Would you use a dramatic quartzite as the focal point of your kitchen, or do you prefer a more subtle countertop?
